Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OmniRoute Keys ("the Service"), provided by OmniRoute Technologies and Binary Froster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

• Generate API keys to distribute malware, generate illicit material, or violate the acceptable use policies of upstream model providers (e.g. Meta, DeepSeek, Mistral, Qwen).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our encryption, tokenization, or routing algorithms.
• Subject our infrastructure to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or bypass rate limits.

3. API Key Responsibility & Security

You are exclusively responsible for safeguarding the API keys generated through your account. Any request authenticated with your API keys will be deemed authorized by you. In the event of compromise, you must immediately revoke the affected key via the dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property

OmniRoute retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, design, branding, and interfaces. Prompts submitted by you and model outputs remain your property according to the terms of the corresponding upstream model providers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. OmniRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network failures, or upstream AI provider latency.
