We stand behind the performance of OmniRoute Keys. If you are unsatisfied with any paid plan or subscription tier, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date, no questions asked.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time directly through your dashboard billing settings. Upon cancellation, your service remains active through the end of your current billing cycle with zero penalty fees.
3. Token Usage Adjustments
In the rare event of service disruption, network timeouts, or upstream model failures resulting in billed token consumption without output, our automated system or support team will credit your account balance upon verification.
4. Refund Inquiries
To submit a refund request, contact our billing desk at billing@omniroute.dev or binaryfroster@gmail.com with your account email and transaction ID. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
